POLICIES

Cancellations:

Cancellations MUST be done at least 48 hours in advance (ex: If your reservation is Thursday at 2:00 pm, you have until Monday 1:59 pm to cancel) Studio credit will be given if cancelled up to 48 hours of your reservation. Cancellations not made up to 48 hours or more will receive no refund or studio credit.

Reschedules:

You can reschedule using your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your reservation start time. Reschedules are not available after 24 hours and will not be refunded or studio credit given.

Punctuality:

Arrive and depart promptly. Remember to consider setup + cleanup when reserving to ensure ample time for your session and tidying up for the next visitor. If extra time is needed, text us at least 30 minutes before your session ends to inquire about availability. If no one is scheduled after you, we will gladly extend your reservation and bill your credit card on file. You can find our Google Voice number in our emails.

Clean up:

Please ensure that the studio is tidied up and well-arranged prior to your leaving. Clients are subject to up to $250 cleaning or resetting fee if studio rules are not followed. We will always provide clients with photos/videos of what was not cleaned or put away.

Security:

We use a security camera in the space to ensure the studio rules are being respected and followed. We only check footage when you arrive and leave. We respect your privacy + the privacy of your clients.

Pets:

We have a very strict pet policy, please inquire via email or phone prior to booking to be approved.

  • No Smoking

  • No hard alcohol or liquor

  • No non-prescription or illegal drugs

  • Music/voices to be kept at a reasonable level

  • No shoes on paper backdrops

  • No dancing with shoes

  • No photographing/filming/producing any adult material such as pornography or any other illegal activity of any kind. (This does not include boudoir/tasteful nude photography.)

FAQs

  • Once your booking is confirmed, we will promptly send you a unique 6-digit code to enter on the keypad located on the door of the studio.

  • we do not require proof of insurance. It is up to the client to obtain either yearly or hourly insurance for your own liability.

  • On top of all the props and/or seasonal installs, display pedestals & stairs + furniture, the space has a mini-fridge stocked with water for you and your clients, a wheelchair accessible bathroom on premises, Echo Show Speaker with access to amazon music (just ask Alexa), Wi-fi, cleaning supplies and Seamless paper backdrops (available for an added $20 per color.) The studio also is equipped with 2 chrome C-Stands, rolling clothing rack, 1 GODOX AD400 flash, Triggers for Nikon, Canon + Sony cameras, batteries, Parabolic Umbrella & Diffuser and Octagonal Soft-box.

  • Your event rental will include up to 4 48" round tables or 6’ banquet tables (up to 6), up to 4 4' banquet tables, 24 white resin folding chairs. The studio is also equipped with a handicap accessible bathroom on premises, cleaning supplies (in bathroom) and wi-fi.

  • The studio's windows face north, providing beautiful, even light throughout the day. In the late afternoon, more playful light comes in as the sun sets.

  • Please arrive on time for your booking. You can come early and wait in our parking lot, but don't disturb anyone using the space until it is your booking time.

  • Communication is key. If something gets broken and is worth less than $50, let us know, and we’ll handle it. For items over $50, we’ll email you to sort it out. We encourage everyone to have an open line of communication with us + speak up without fear of punishment. We value honest communication and a fair opportunity to make things right.
